Order & Delivery
What shipping costs are charged?
Shipping costs do not apply to digital products , but do apply to physical products. Standard shipping costs of €6.95 will be charged. Shipping is free for orders over €100. Shipping costs will be calculated in the shopping cart after entering the address details.
Which countries are delivered to?
We currently only deliver to the Netherlands, if you have any questions about this please contact us.
What is the delivery period?
We aim to deliver our products within 14 days. We do our best to deliver to you as quickly as possible!
Returns within 14 days
If I don't like the product, can I return it?
Returns do not apply to digital products. If you are not satisfied with a digital product, please contact us by email info@shopjekunst.nl
If you do not like the product, we are sorry. Please return the product in the original packaging including the withdrawal form to the address stated in the form. As soon as the returned product has been received, the paid amount will be refunded to your bank account. The costs for returning are at your own expense.
What if I notice a problem with the product after 14 days?
Then you can contact us by email. Send an email to: info@shopjekunst.nl and describe the problem you are experiencing. We try to find a suitable solution to the problem.
